But we are multidimensional, limitless in our power. The magic is within us, and we get to choose how to show up in the world.

I used to identify as a sister, girlfriend, daughter, employee, and digital savvy. These roles never intertwined. But holding back my authentic self was exhausting. Let me introduce who I truly am, in my wholeness.
HEALING BEGINS WITHIN:
MY JOURNEY TO EMOTIONAL FREEDOM
In 2020, I realized I had limiting beliefs and patterns that were holding me back—hurting me and those around me. I knew I couldn’t keep living at the mercy of my emotions, stuck in a cycle of highs and lows, governed by beliefs I hadn’t even chosen. I started EMDR therapy, naively thinking I’d fix one issue and be done. But life had other plans.
2020 was a turning point. From then on, it’s been a whirlwind of programs, books, retreats, masterclasses, and certifications. I’ve never looked back, and my life has transformed in ways I couldn’t imagine. Curious about more of my healing journey? Listen to the podcast episode.
Health Coach
I received my certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the world's leading Health Coach Training Program. Through their holistic framework, I gained insights into the 12 aspects of health, using the Circle of Life tool to promote a 360-degree view of well-being, learning from 95+ of the world's leading holistic health & coaches.. This approach empowers me to support clients in achieving a balanced and fulfilling life by addressing various dimensions, including emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
